Abstract:
Mountain Research and Development is a peer-reviewed journal featuring cutting-edge research on the world's mountain regions. It has a separate Development section focusing on sustainable mountain development. A poster and other graphics will illustrate the range of topics covered by MRD, as well as its integration in a global network of like-minded partners. Subscription information, and information about how to support MRD and the free-of-charge subscriptions it provides to institutions in the developing world, will also be available.
