Session Description: Papers focus on any aspect of hydroclimatology, including (but not limited to) measurement/observation, analysis, modeling, and remote sensing of various aspects of precipitation (both rain and snow), soil moisture, evapotranspiration, runoff, and stream flow.  Papers that address advances in monitoring, modeling, or predicting extreme hydrologic events (e.g., droughts and floods) are also of interest.
