Session Description: As information and communications technologies (ICT) become more common globally, they are also adopted and used differently.  This session will explore how ICTs are used in different places, and how the nuances of ICT use grow as each location influences technology and is influenced by new technology.  Papers address wide ranging ICT uses such as safety, tourism, and urban mobility in New Zealand, Italy, Finland, and globally.
