Careers Contact
A tool for informational interview
The AAG Career Guidance Program provides names of individuals who have had formal geographic training and currently work in the government or private sector in North America. Each has graciously agreed to answer inquiries by email regarding his or her organization's purpose, type of geographic work, and available job opportunities.

Please note that these individuals are not personnel officers and are not in a position to offer employment; they can provide valuable information and advice. This List is designed to provide information about the various organizations, possible job opportunities, and ways to secure nonacademic employment.
Organize your career contacts:

Option 1: Choose Employer Type

Option 3: Choose Region
The querying engine to the right is designed to help you effectively identify the individuals most relevant to your interest. Please also note that those with a √ in the Update column are the most current contacts. The rest may or may not answer your inquiry.
